What you are looking at is an area of land sandwiched between the villa on the left and the large villa sat back from the road on the right.

This area of land has been legally divided into 4 seperate plots.
The left hand side is one plot.
On the right hand side 3 plots the 1st starts at the road and finishes in front of the hedge.
My plot is the largest of the 3 and starts at the road with a strip of land that is its Private Drive/Road, the main area of land starts just in front of the 1st hedge and ends just in front of the second hedge. You can also identify this plot as it is the one that has the trees on it.

As you can see this is a wonderful piece of building land, ideal to build a dream villa, and I can promise that had my plans not changed, it certainly would not be up for sale, not at its market value of £65,000 and definately not at the bargain price of £50,000 that I am offering for a quick sale.
